Joel Smith started his undergraduate studies at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. He completed his B.A. in business administration at California Baptist University in Riverside, CA. Shortly after he earned his Master’s in Business Administration. While completing his education he was employed at Supermedia, Inc. There he got his first taste of business marketing team aspects. From SEO and traditional advertising and business growth solutions, Joel was able to extend his business growth knowledge. He went on to complete his first re-launch at Just Document Preparation. He was able to take an existing local competitor and incorporate all the solutions at his disposal to turn Just Doc Prep into arguably the largest Legal Document Preparation service in California. He took monthly costs and dropped them 25% while consistently growing profits by at least 16% annually.
