Jeff's practice has focused almost exclusively on complex civil litigation. He has significant insurance defense experience and has defended lawsuits in which multi-million dollar damages were asserted. Jeff has litigated many types of claims including complex construction defect claims. Jeff is heading up Morris Sperry's community association construction defect litigation ensuring that these cases are moved forward promptly and aggressively.
Jeff is a native of Logan, Utah. He graduated from the Utah State University and remains an avid Aggie fan to this day. When Jeff is not practicing law he spends time with his four children, rides his bike, golfs, reads, and attends Aggie games.
Jeff's practice also includes all aspects of community association law, including governing document drafting and rewrites, governance issues, complex litigation, governing document enforcement, new association development and turnover, and disputes between owners and associations.
