GUSTAVO LOPEZMUÑOZ LARRAZ

Dr. GUSTAVO LARRAZ has been the keen promoter in Spain of the trial by Jury and drafted the first proposal of Law that was enacted by the Spanish Government in May 1995 being awarded with the Distinguish Cross of Justice. He has been legal consultant in Spain for the Governments of USA, Canada, Norway and the Special Region of Hong Kong (China). Dr. GUSTAVO worked in the NYC Law Firm of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle at 63 Wall as Civil Law Consultant and attended at Harvard Law School the Program for Instruction of Lawyers (PIL). He is Fellow of the Spanish Royal Academy of Jurisprudence, and Honorary Life Member of the USA National Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers (NACDL) and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL) and member of the Extradition Lawyers Association (ELA) in London. Dr. GUSTAVO is the author of several books and many articles published in international Law Journals and has addressed as main speaker many law conferences in Spain and abroad.
