David W. Holub was admitted to practice before the Indiana State and U.S. Federal District Courts, Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana in 1982. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1995. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Court in the Northern District of Illinois.
