He handles complex personal injury, wrongful death, admiralty, and employment law. He has significant appellate and motion practice experience against large companies. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texasas well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, he is admitted in the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the Southern District of Texas.
He was formerly on the Board of Governors for the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the following organizations: the State Bar of Louisiana, the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Lafayette Bar Association.
He attended college at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. After receiving a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in 1991, he attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. He was a semi-finalist in the 1993-1994 Louisiana State University Flory Trial Competition and went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 1994.
