Vanessa Hearne

I graduated as a Paralegal in 2012. At the moment I'm a volunteer Legal Interpreter at Communnity Legal Services in East Palo Alto and a volunteer Paralegal at Catholic Charities in San Mateo. Back in my country, Perú, I graduated as a Lawyer and worked as a Legal Assistant for almost 5 years, which gave me a bast legal knowledge in Spanish and English. 

 

In the United States I've being working in Customer Service at Retail Stores and Fast Food Restaurants for about 7 years. So what I learned from this working experience is to be patient and listened to the customers, pay close attention to their needs and tried to resolve their issues as much as I can.

 

Outside of work I spend most of my free time immerse in which ever fantastical world a good book could take me.
