Scott F. Lemanski, Attorney at Law, Corpus Christi, Texas (August, 2010- Present) As a solo practitioner, I have worked extensively in both criminal and juvenile defense, with experience in both felony and misdemeanor jury trials, as well as direct appeals. Nueces County District Attorney's Office, Corpus Christi, Texas (July, 2006-July, 2008) As an Assistant District Attorney and Juvenile Prosecutor, I was responsible for all aspects of criminal prosecution from intake through jury selection and trial of both misdemeanor and felony cases. I was in court almost on a daily basis and became familiar with courtroom procedure and etiquette. I worked closely with both law enforcement officers and with juvenile probation officers, and I interacted with crime victims and with other witnesses.
