Robert Rosing

Wrona Gordon Dubois Law Firm

Robert Rosing has extensive HOA and condominium law experience representing associations, owners, and developers. Robert has successfully represented homeowners in various disputes against HOAs in matters such as obtaining reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act, helping owners rent their unit despite the HOAs attempt to enforce rental restrictions, and aiding an owner in overcoming the imposition of thousands of dollars in fines for alleged violations. On the Association side, Robert specializes in drafting new rules and regulations, making amendments to CC&Rs, and helping board members understand laws including the reserve law and the new insurance laws. No matter is too large or too small for Robert and the attorneys at Wrona Gordon Dubois.

Robert’s efforts and expertise have not gone unnoticed. In 2014, Robert was named a Super Lawyer Mountain States Rising Star. His experience includes complex business disputes, real property, and construction litigation. He excels at finding creative solutions to complex problems and helping clients understand the possible outcomes and potential costs of litigation, all with a focus on obtaining the best possible outcome.

As part of the Condominium, Cooperative and Homeowner Association Law group at his prior firm, he represented associations in numerous foreclosure and collections matters, as well as more complicated matters such as the termination of a forty year land lease and enforcement issues. Additionally, as a prior transactional lawyer working in the area of commercial real estate, Robert has experience handling corporate mergers and acquisitions and venture capital start-ups. This background has created an invaluable foundation for his current practice.

Robert graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007, cum laude. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. Since graduating, Robert practiced law at Heller Ehrman in Washington state, at Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. in Florida, Morris Sperry in Utah and now here at Wrona Gordon Dubois in Park City, Utah. Robert brings extensive experience and understanding to the community association law practice.
