Brandon Myers was selected by his peers as one of Utah Business magazine's 2014 Utah Legal Elite in "Up & Coming - Real Estate." He graduated with Honors in 2006 from the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He served on theUtah Law Review as an Articles Editor. His practice has focused almost exclusively on litigation, and he has tremendous litigation experience at both the trial and appellate level. Brandon has litigated hundreds of cases and has regularly been appointed by insurance companies to defend their clients. His practical and problem solving approach facilitates a quick resolution to lawsuits. When that is not possible, Brandon and the Morris Sperry team are fully capable of prosecuting a lawsuit to trial and, if necessary, on appeal.
This compliance bundle provides access to online video and audio courses which, when completed, will satisfy the entire 15 hour and 3 hour ethics CLE requirement for Texas. These courses have been approved by the State Bar of Texas for full CLE credit.
