Mark Caruso

I want to personally thank you for considering the Personal Injury Law Center of Caruso Law Offices, PC. I realize that you have many options in seeking legal representation, and the number of alternatives can be quite overwhelming. In order to help you decide if our firm is right for you, I would like to tell you a little about myself and our firm.

 

For me, representing the rights of victims is more than a career—it’s a personal mission.

 

I graduated with honors from Pepperdine University in 1979 and with honors from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1982. I was a member of the Honor Board at Pepperdine University School of Law. I have also attended the National College of Trial Advocacy.

 

I am licensed in all the courts of California and New Mexico. Early in my career I worked with the Federal Trade Commission in Los Angeles and as a lobbyist. For several years I represented large corporations and insurance companies handling auto accident and products liabilities claims.

 

In 1987 I opened an office in Albuquerque, NM to exclusively represent victims of the negligence of others.   From 1991 until 1995 I was honored to serve as an elected State Representative in the New Mexico House of Representatives. I have represented and continue to represent victims of auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, medical/dental/legal malpractice, breast implants, diet drugs (fen-phen and Redux) and Vioxx. I have regularly appeared in the news media to speak on auto accidents, diet drugs and breast implants.
