- Jimenez v. TM Cobb: The California Supreme Court reversed earlier California appellate decisions and allowed Californians to bring strict liability lawsuits against window manufacturers.
- Leeds and Strauss v. Alpha Beta Markets: The Court of Appeal Mr. Eppsteiner was counsel; include Leeds and Strauss v. Alpha Beta Markets, which upheld an implied covenant of continuous operation in an anchor tenant’s lease.
