Gennadi Sedikov

Gennadi 'Gino' Sedikov is a founder of Legal Defense, P.A. Mr. Sedikov was born in Moscow, Russia. Mr. Sedikov has practiced in the areas of immigration, criminal law, family law, international trade, corporate and business law, criminal and civil litigation, probate, and regulatory policy and law in Russia and United States for total of 28 years. Mr. Sedikov has private practice in Hallandale Beach, Florida. He dedicated many years of his life to serve justice and help clients with immigration, criminal, family and other legal and business issues. Mr. Sedikov has built an Immigration Law practice, and has been practicing Immigration and Naturalization Law for 14 years in Florida. Mr. Sedikov found passion in his work. Since he was eight years old little boy, he was dreaming to become a lawyer to help people, to defense them, and fight for their rights. When Mr. Sedikov immigrated to the United States in the 1991, he knew in his heart, and understood that he will continue his life mission to bring justice, and light in this world. He became an Attorney and earned his second Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2000. Mr. Sedikov earned his first Law Degree from Moscow State University by Lomonosov (MGU) Law School in 1986. Mr. Sedikov served as a prosecutor in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation investigating financial crimes and racketeering, and also served in Russia's Ministry of Foreign Trade. Mr. Sedikov was also an attorney with NeftEco, Ltd., a public-private joint venture of the Azerbaijan government, where he developed regulations governing oil exports and environmental remediation. Mr. Sedikov is a success story of American dream. He has worked hard, to be successful and to help others. It was a hot summer of 1991 in Chicago, when he first stepped onto American soil. As a new immigrant he gratefully, took any job he could get. From sunset to sundown, with his dedication, and big dream, Gennadi has worked and studied hard to become a lawyer again. Finally, with his persistence and commitment, in 1997 Gennadi was accepted to Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School, and in September of 2000 he successfully passed the Florida Bar examination and was admitted to practice law.
