John Honeycutt

John B. Honeycutt, Jr. represents business interests, corporations, banks, and other commercial enterprises in a wide variety of legal matters, including business formation, business organization and management, business mergers, sales of assets, risk control, and risk management.

Mr. Honeycutt also has many valuable years of experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, franchisee representation, and general contract review, preparation, analysis, and enforcement.

His representation of lenders includes loan workouts, commercial foreclosures, enforcement of asset-based obligations, civil and criminal fraud investigations, and defense of lender liability actions.  He has served as lead counsel in complex, multi-party commercial litigation, and currently provides ongoing legal support to large corporate clients, both international and domestic.
