Douglas R. Horn, is Founder and Lead Attorney of The Horn Law Firm, P.C., With 25 years of experience as a Kansas City based personal injury lawyer, Horn handles a wide-variety of matters with an emphasis in cases involving head, neck, back injuries, fractures and orthopedic trauma, injuries requiring hospitalization & surgery, and wrongful death.

Attorney Horn regularly lectures and publishes in the area of personal injury law and litigation, including recent presentations for the National Business Institute and Stafford Publications.

In addition to his law practice, Horn devotes a significant amount of his work and resources to driver safety advocacy. In 2011, Horn developed Drive By Example, a model driving safety program to help address America’s top driving safety priorities, including distracted driving prevention.

Using the Drive By Example platform, Horn is charting a course for driver safety advancement, including also the implementation a comprehensive national driving safety program. As a frequent contributor to media outlets , including TV, radio, print appearances, Horn’s objective is to keep driver safety high on the public agenda leading to a reduction of collisions that cause serious injury and fatalities.
