Robert Hornberger

Mr. Hornberger is committed to the growth of divorce mediation and collaborative divorce as cost effective alternatives to the time-consuming and costly litigation ordinarily required to resolve divorce and other family related matters. He believes that families, and most importantly, children, benefit when parents resolve their issues through less adversarial processes such as mediation and collaborative divorce.

Despite his strong commitment to mediation and out of court settlements when appropriate, Mr. Hornberger is not averse to taking cases to trial when necessary. He has successfully tried many divorce, custody, and other family law related matters in court.
