•Ian L. Clarke has been practicing in Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa and Southwest Florida since 2005. Early on, he practiced construction and real estate law and later he practiced criminal and general civil litigation. He has worked with John O. McGowan and specializes in criminal, general civil and dependency law. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a County Mediator. •Mr. Clarke graduated Stetson University College of Law where we held the office of Student Bar Association President, was a member of Stetson' Award winning Client Counseling and Negotiation teams, and won the Anthony Battaglia Excellence in Leadership Award. He attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia receiving degrees in both English and Communication. •Before Law school he worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Correspondent for then Senator Fred Thompson and on the House Subcommittee for Commercial and Administrative Law.
