I have been providing legal services in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties continuously since 1975.
I am a member, former Board of Governor, and designated Fellow of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), a national membership organization committed to assisting attorneys in providing quality estate planning services to their clients.
I was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and served as an intern at Price Waterhouse & Company, on the audit staff of Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Company, and with the tax staff of Arthur Andersen & Company. I have also been an instructor for the Becker CPA Review Course. Although I have an extensive background in accounting, I retired my license to practice as a CPA to devote my time and energy entirely to the practice of law, specializing in estate planning, trusts, Medi-Cal planning, and probate.
My goal is to provide quality estate planning services and resources to my community and to help my clients preserve their wealth for future generations. When you visit or call my office, I want you to feel comfortable discussing the important issues concerning both you and your family that affect your estate plan. I want to arm you with the information you need to make an informed decision about your family's future.
To help achieve my goal of providing quality estate planning resources to the community, my law firm offers a wealth of free information on our websites and we offer free seminars and workshops. Visit our estate planning website to read estate planning articles, and if you're in the area, join us at one of our seminars or workshops on topics such as Living Trusts, Medi-Cal Planning, Special Needs Trusts, Incapacity, Disability & Veteran's Benefits, and more!
