Southfield Bankruptcy Lawyers
Since the practice was formed nearly 30 years ago, our approach has remained the same: compassionate and empathic client service in the realm of bankruptcy. Since attorney Morris B. Lefkowitz initially started with general practice, he has a strong foundation in nearly every aspect of law. We believe this is key because when financial issues arise, more often than not other issues can arise that are related, including assets, lawsuits, and family issues.
Detroit Chapter 13 Attorney
Because we have a broad background, we understand these related issues and concerns. Unlike other firms, however, debt relief and bankruptcy law is our competency and sole practice focus. Other lawyers or firms who take a jack of all trades approach without a core competency in bankruptcy simply try to move a client through a filing without a personal understanding of the client and the many facets of his or her case.
Michigan Credit Counseling Attorneys
Michigan bankruptcy law is our focus and when we work with clients, we never try to rush a case, whether it's a straightforward Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, or a complex debt settlement case. Our clients go to court with the attorneys with whom they work in the office.
Looking for debt relief in Michigan?
Clients are never shuffled around and they never have to deal with broken communication. We know this is the only approach that yields the ideal outcomes for our clients in the long run.
These approach hallmarks are the ones that get mentioned most by our clients and we've used them to bring about successful outcomes for nearly three decades. We're ready to put this philosophy to work for you in nearly any aspect of debt management or financial crisis management law.
