Scott has proudly represented a wide range of clients throughout Missouri.  Primarily, he represents individuals who have suffered a personal injury due to the negligence of another.  Scott Bailey has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients for car accidents, slip and falls, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and legal negligence cases.

HISTORY

 

Scott Bailey was born and raised in Potosi, Missouri, He grew up raising livestock as an active member of 4-H and was active in the community. Scott is a graduate of the Washington University School of Law where, upon graduation, he was awarded the Judge Amandus Brackman Moot Court Prize. During law school, Scott was selected as the The Best Oral Advocate for the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.

 

ABILITY

 

After graduating Washington University, Scott worked for a large insurance defense firm where he represented both defendants and large insurance companies. This early experience gave Scott insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims and the tactics they use in defending claims. This experience also made Scott realize that his passion is in representing those that suffer personal injuries, legal negligence, car accidents, and other misfortune and not the big insurance compan
