Joshua A. Janis is the founder of the firm, and he has spent his entire career practicing law in Chester County, Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia Area. His primary goal is to provide high quality legal services at a price that individuals can afford. His focus is on providing  individualized, personal attention to each and every client that he has, no matter how big or small their legal issue may be.

Josh has extensive experience in the areas of criminal and civil litigation including family law matters, personal injury cases, workers compensation claims, and criminal defense.  Immediately following law school Josh joined a small, busy litigation firm in Chester County as an associate attorney.  At this firm, Josh was the managing attorney of the civil litigation practice, which included personal injury and family law cases, composed of divorce, custody, and support matters.  While managing the civil practice, Josh also gained invaluable experience with criminal, traffic, juvenile, and summary offense matters throughout the Philadelphia area.  Through his tenure, he litigated hundreds of personal injury and family law cases, personally managing these cases from inception through resolution at mediation, arbitration, trial, or settlement.  He has also defended many individuals throughout the area in matters ranging from summary offenses to felony charges.
