Daniel P. Dagostino

Dan graduated in 1997 from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in History. Following graduation he worked at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP ® as a legal assistant under the supervision of Paul Harding. According to Dan, his first position with MH&M allowed him to obtain first hand experience as to the emotional, physical and financial hardships injured persons endure as a result of an unexpected incident and the positive impact of MH&M during and after the legal matter concluded.

After working for approximately one year with MH&M, Dan decided he wanted to become a lawyer and attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Upon graduating, he remained in Los Angeles and became admitted to practice in California. In Los Angeles, Dan litigated personal injury matters on behalf of injured persons as well as insurance carriers.

In 2006, a position opened in the Case Management Unit of MH&M and Dan anxiously returned to New York to join the MH&M team. "Upon returning to MH&M, I was glad to see that MH&M had surpassed the level of legal and personal service of any firm which I had ever been employed." Since returning to MH&M, Dan has also become admitted to practice law in Washington D.C. and Massachusetts. Currently, Dan remains in the Case Management Unit whereby he is able to interact with clients throughout and after the conclusion of their legal matters.

Dan is also very active in the community. In October 2006, Dan was appointed as 1 of 2 persons to the membership committee of BNI (Scotia Branch). BNI is the largest networking organization in the world. Currently, Dan is serving his third consecutive 6 month term on the membership committee. Prior to being appointed to the membership committee, Dan held the secretary/treasurer position of BNI (Scotia Branch).

Dan is also active in local sports. Since 2006, he has coached in the Highland Soccer League and Scotia-Glenville Little League. In 2007, Dan also began volunteering as a basketball instructor/coach with the Glenville YMCA and Tartan Youth Basketball Program.
