ROBERT J. EDWARDS is a Senior Associate in the Bankruptcy Litigation department of Behar, Gutt & Glazer, P.A. Mr. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. At St. Thomas University School of Law, he served as an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. Areas of practice include representing Trustees, Debtors and Creditors in Bankruptcy Court proceedings and general commercial litigation practice with a focus on creditors' rights. Mr. Edwards is a member of the Federal Bar for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has practiced law as a member of the Bar of the State of Hawaii.
