After years of plaintiff's practice, Chuck now practices for the defense. Chuck's trial experience spans the gamut of complex litigation issues and includes medical malpractice, drug products liability, products liability, as well as other general liability areas. Chuck is, also, immediate past co-chair of the Medical/Legal Interprofessional Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Assoc. and Louisiana State Medical Society. He is a member of the Louisiana Assoc. of Defense Counsel, the American Bar Assoc., and serves on three of its committees, as well as being a member of the Defense Research Institute. A Fellow in the Louisiana Bar Foundation and adjunt prefessor of law at the School of Law, Loyola University, Chuck also taught paralegals at Tulane University College.
