I have been in practice for almost 34 years. My particular areas of practice are business law, real estate law, bankruptcy, estate planning/probate/trusts and family law. My son Nathan Borris joined me in my practice 3 years ago and is practicing bankruptcy law.
I have acted as pro tem judge over my 34 years in practice and taught Real Estate Law and Business Law at Chabot College in Hayward for over 15 years.
My appellate work includes In re Marriage of Branco 47 Cal. App. 4th 1621; 55 Cal. Rptr. 2d 493 (1996).
