Debby Stone

Debby Stone, JD, CPCC is a certified coach and a founding principal of Corner Office Coaching, a professional coaching, consulting and facilitation company. Corner Office Coaching works exclusively with lawyers and their firms, providing values-based coaching to individuals and groups. We also present workshops and facilitate retreats in order to enhance learning and development in the law firm environment. We help our clients bring life to the practice of law. Corner Office Coaching is uniquely suited to serve law firms. In addition to coach training and experience, our principals have over 30 years combined experience in the legal community, both practicing law and in law firm administration. As a result, we understand the practice of law and the law firm environment, which enables us to quickly and accurately identify our clients’ needs. We then customize our services to meet those needs. Debby co-founded Corner Office Coaching in 2002. Debby holds both undergraduate and law degrees from Duke University. She practiced law for 16 years, first in a large law firm and later in her own firm. Debby is a trained, certified coach through The Coaches Training Institute, has completed Organization and Relationship Systems coach training through The Coaching Training Institute and The Center for Right Relationship, and serves as a senior editor and contributing writer for The Complete Lawyer.
