Gene E. Adkins has over 30 years of experience representing clients primarily in the areas of probate and estate administration, estate planning, real estate, and business formation. He is a frequent guest speaker on topics of probate and estate administration, estate planning and real estate matters. Mr. Adkins has three stepchildren and resides in Lino Lakes, Minnesota, with his wife.
Probate and Trust Administration. Mr. Adkins represents both large complex and small estates alike, with the same care, sensitivity and attention to detail. He handles all aspects of estate administration, including informal and formal probate, special administration, summary assignment, determination of descent proceedings, ancillary probate, and trust administration.
Estate Planning. Mr. Adkins offers personalized, tailored advice in planning for incapacity and death, with emphasis on Wills, Revocable Trusts, Support Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.
Real Estate and Business Formation. Mr. Adkins provides comprehensive representation to clients in the sale, purchase, leasing, and clearing of title objections in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He prepares and reviews all manner of business and real estate documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, leases, easements, mortgages, financing agreements and closing documents.
