I also work with divorcing couples who want to save time and money and stay out of court and reach a fair result. In a mediated divorce, I help parents work out realistic and fair parenting agreements on custody and visitation and I also help couples reach agreements on often complex financial matters including child and spousal support and division of community assets and debts, including homes, businesses, employee benefits and retirement plans, trust accounts, intellectual property, etc.
