For over 25 years, Don has been fighting for seriously injured people throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, concentrating on auto accident and personal injury law. In addition, Don handles veteran benefits claims and continues to defend select members of our military service in courts martial and administrative proceedings. Don earned his law degree from the Campbell University School of Law in 1985, and has been admitted to practice in North Carolina ever since. Don was admitted to the Virginia State Bar Association in 1988, and has opened offices throughout the state to help get compensation for the wrongly injured. He currently focuses his practice on wrongful death cases, medical malpractice claims, and truck accidents in North Carolina & Virginia.
