Bradford J. DeMeo is a third generation partner in the firm of DeMeo & DeMeo, practicing Probate, Trust and Elder Law, Non-profit Private and Public Foundation Law, and Real Estate Law since 1989. Brad is and a Professor of Law at Empire College of Law located in Santa Rosa, California. He serves as a Court- appointed Mediator, Arbitrator, Discovery Referee and Settlement Conference Panelist in Sonoma and Marin County Superior Courts. A Past-President of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council and former Chairman of the Probate Section of the Sonoma County Bar Association, Brad has dealt with difficult and esoteric Will and Trust administration matters, and non-profit compliance matters. Brad was a member of the board and Vice-President of the Community Foundation Sonoma County. He is a current member of the American Bar Association, Sonoma County Bar Association, Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council, vice-president of the Sonoma County Community Foundation. Brad obtained his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University in June 1988. Brad is a professor of law in Wills and Trusts, and a frequent speaker and panelist at continuing legal education seminars and symposiums.
