Dimitrios Moustakas

Based in Heraklion, the major city and economical center of Crete, since 2004 we provide our legal services with efficiency and consistency, always at affordable prices.
Our main areas of expertise are Civil Law, Commercial Law and Banking Law and we provide our legal services before all courts of law (courts of first instance and courts of appeals) and administrative authorities in Crete. We also represent our clients before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) and the Council of State in Athens.  
We maintain an extensive network of cooperating attorneys in most parts of Greece. 
Our basic philosophy is the constant, direct contact with our clients and their continual update on the progress of their case.

About Mr. Dimitrios Moustakas
Dimitrios Moustakas graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002.
In 2005 he completed his post-graduate studies at the Department of Commercial Law of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki specializing in Banking Law and now is a PhD student in Banking Law. 
He is an appellate lawyer and a member of the Heraklion Bar Association since 2004.
