Nick Suglia

Mr. Suglia's practice is concentrated primarily in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditors’ rights. He represents banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions and businesses in commercial collection matters. Mr. Suglia also represents creditors in bankruptcy related matters, including stay relief motions, defending preference actions and litigating adversary proceedings. He also represents clients in a wide variety of real estate related matters, both transactional and litigation. Mr. Suglia graduated from Rutgers University, Camden College of Arts & Sciences, in 1994, majoring in Political Science and Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 1997. Mr. Suglia speaks Spanish fluently and has a conversational knowledge of Italian. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
