Parkersburg native Ginny Conley is the founder and principal attorney at the Conley Law Office, PLLC, practicing in West Virginia and North Carolina in the areas of family law and divorce, personal injury, consumer law, employment law, and criminal defense.

 

Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Conley spent twelve years as a prosecuting attorney in Wood County, West Virginia. This experience brought Ms. Conley into contact with all types of felonies and misdemeanors, as well as many family law matters as she handled abuse and neglect cases. In addition to negotiation and litigation skills, this prosecutorial experience also involved a great deal of investigative work, a skill set which continues to prove invaluable in nearly every aspect of her practice, from automobile accidents to workplace harassment to improper home foreclosures.
