The Fleming Law Group is a criminal defense firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida. It was established in 1994 by J.S. Lucas Fleming, a former state prosecutor. Our mission is to provide aggressive yet compassionate representation for our clients in all areas of criminal defense. In addition to representing clients in DUI and drug matters, we defend clients charged with violation of probation, white collar fraud, battery and assault, burglary and robbery, domestic violence, elder and child abuse/exploitation, sex offenses, weapons charges, and workers/unemployment compensation fraud. In addition to coordinating treatment at an appropriate facility suited to the individual’s personal needs and financial situation, we provide mentoring and guidance through the criminal justice system toward successful completion of probation. We employ a team approach to representing clients in order to provide the most comprehensive, client-focused service possible. This gives clients the benefit of having three attorneys identify potential issues and develop strategies toward the most favorable resolution of the case. Our different personalities also permit the client to decide which attorney should try the case if it proceeds to trial. In addition, working together enables all attorneys to be current with the status of each case and the issues involved.
