We handle matters falling under the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA); The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; the Older Workers Benefits Protection Act (OWBPA); and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) as well as common law claims and defenses arising out of the employment relationship. Our clientele extends from Central to Eastern Pennsylvania, including state and federal trial and appellate courts. While we are admitted only to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we have assisted out-of-state counsel with local legal issues. We also help individuals and business owners who are part of that 60% of people who have never made appropriate estate or succession plans, and lie awake nights wondering what will become of all that they have helped to build. We can also administer those estates and ensure that matters are handled properly and promptly through probate. We help growing business who find themselves 'evolving into' human resources and other legal issues, and strive to keep these businesses from being on the wrong end of a law suit.
