Rob took his military trial experience and has affectively used his negotiation and advocacy skills to obtain outstanding results in the following areas:

Personal Injury: Have you been seriously injured due to the fault of another.  Rob will make sure you are compensated for your injuries and suffering.  Rob has successfully negotiated the settlement of many cases with aggressive and prompt representation.  Call Rob today for a free consultation and he will evaluate your case.

Federal Criminal Prosecutions: Federal prosecutions are serious business!  You need someone who is familiar with federal law and procedure, and who consistently practices against United States Attorneys prosecuting these cases.  Rob zealously represents clients who “targets” of federal investigations/indictment,  all the way through the appellate courts.  The stakes are higher than ever in Federal Court due sentencing guidelines and heightened federal penalties, and experience is worth every dime!

State Criminal Prosecutions: Rob has zealously represented many clients in felony and misdemeanor cases in Chatham, Effingham, Bulloch, Bryan, Liberty, Long, and MacIntosh County Recorder/Municipal Court, State Court, Superior Court, and Federal Magistrate Court (Fort Stewart or Hunter Army Airfield).  Rob has developed a strong working relationship with many district attorney and solicitor offices’ which in turn benefit his clients.  If you are facing criminal charges, contact Rob today for a free consultation of your case!

Military Justice-Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ Law): As a former active duty Infantry and JAG officer, Rob knows how to effectively maneuver in the military justice system for his military clients.  Rob represents servicemembers facing Courts Martial, Involuntary Separations, IG Investigations, Security Clearance Actions, Non-Judicial Punishment/Article 15/Captain’s Mast, Disability Boards, and any adverse action brought by the command.  Furthermore, if you are a servicemember facing civilian criminal matters which may result in UCMJ action, let Rob deal with both issues so you stand to only get punished once.  Call Rob today for a free case evaluation!

Military Discharge Upgrades: If you got out of the service with a bad discharge, for the wrong reason, or can’t reenlist, contact Rob today for a free case evaluation!  Rob routinely represents veterans before the Discharge Review Boards and Boards for Correction of Military Records.  Under certain circumstances characterization of service, narrative reason for discharge; and reenlistment (RE) codes can be changed after discharge.  The military doesn’t always get it right, and problems with your DD-214 can be changed after discharge.

Veteran Benefits: you have fought for your country and now the VA had denied your claim or injured you further during a medical procedure.  As a veteran, Rob has been in your shoes.  Fighting the VA is a game of attrition; they want you to give up!  Don’t give up!  Call Rob today for a free consultation and evaluation of your case!

Rob’s areas of practice include Federal and State Criminal Defense, Wrongful Death/Catastrophic Injury Litigation, Excessive Use of Force by Law Enforcement, Military Law, and Veteran’s Benefits.  He is admitted to practice in: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Federal District Court, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and all military courts.  He is the past president of the Savannah Area Citadel Alumni Club, adjunct professor for the Armstrong Paralegal Program, and member of the Savannah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  In his spare time Rob enjoys physical training, rugby, and fishing.
