Mark A. Bandy is a native of Savannah, having attended Benedictine Military School. After high school, Mark attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a degree in finance. During college, Mark had the privilege to intern in Washington, D.C. for Congressman Jack Kingston of the First District of Georgia. Upon graduation, Mark accepted a two-year internship with Stephens, Inc., an investment bank in Little Rock, Arkansas. After completing his internship with Stephens, Mark worked as a teaching assistant in the finance department of SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. Upon returning to the States, Mark attended Law School at the University of Georgia, graduating in 2001.
Prior to opening the Law Offices of Mark A. Bandy, P.C., Mark was a transactional associate attorney with Weinstock & Scavo, P.C. and, in that capacity, he worked with various clients on contract, corporate formation, real estate and debt collection issues. During his career, Mark has also assisted individuals with legal matters, including bankruptcy, estate planning, personal injury and divorce. In addition, Mark has clerked for the Honorable Lamar W. Davis of the U.S. Southern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court.
