Mr. Fountain’s legal practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions and development, real estate financing, corporate and business organization and transactions, estate planning, homeowners associations, land use and civil litigation.
Mr. Fountain has a lifetime of experience in Northwest Florida real estate sales and development. He represents realtors, developers, lenders, builders, contractors, planners, community associations, and homeowners in creating projects and communities across the Emerald Coast. His direct involvement in multiple residential and commercial developments includes acquisition, planning, financing, developing, constructing, marketing, and operating development projects.
Mr. Fountain expanded his real estate practice as a licensed Mortgage Broker and established Attorney’s Mortgage Advantage, now known as Fountain Lending . He provides clients professional financial advice and guidance throughout the lending process for both residential and commercial transactions.
Mr. Fountain earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 1994 and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business Administration in 1991. He established the law firm now known as Fountain, Schultz, & Associates, P.L. in 1996.
Mr. Fountain is currently an active member of the Florida Bar Association; American Bar Association; the Florida Bar Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association; Okaloosa-Walton Bar Association; Escambia Santa Rosa Real Estate Council; Agent of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund; Emerald Coast Estate Planning Council; Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers; and National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He is a member of the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council as a 1994 Class Representative.
