Mr. Hankes has provided investigative accounting and litigation support services to lawyers for over 30 years. He is experienced in commercial loss evaluations, including loss of income, inventory valuation, employee fraud, product liability and financial motive for fraud. He frequently provides expert witness testimony in both state and federal courts in matters pertaining to damages and evidence of fraud.
He is also experienced in mediations and arbitrations, having participated as both a mediator, umpire and as an appraiser in ADR proceedings.

Mr. Hankes is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is additionally a member of the Southern Loss Association and the Atlanta Claims Association, and is an Associate Member of the American Bar Association’s Tort and Insurance Practice Section.
