Raluca Hanea

Ms. Hanea is the founding partner of the firm. Holder of two law degrees, trained in both civil law and common law legal systems, she has the experience and skills to help and understand her clients’ legal needs from a global perspective. Her practice focuses primarily on U. S. immigration and nationality law, representing clients all over U.S. and even global citizens. Ms. Hanea provides immigration services for corporations who desire adding qualified individuals to their team as well as foreign investors in obtaining EB-5 immigrant visas or non-immigrant E visas. It is Ms. Hanea’s goal to be able to empower individuals to reach their full personal and professional potential in United States. She is committed to ensuring her clients attain legal status and the right to live, work, study, visit or do business in United States.

In addition, Ms. Hanea has experience helping individual clients or legal organization in different areas of law such as: general civil litigation and employment law. This is an important aspect for clients that are able to save time and money working with the same firm in solving all aspects of their legal issues.

Ms. Hanea is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia and Supreme Court of the State of Georgia.
