Jared Klein

Jared Klein focuses his practice on complex criminal defense, commercial litigation, real estate and land use litigation, government relations and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining McElhatton Foley, Mr. Klein was associated with two large law firms in Philadelphia, where his practice focused on the defense of pharmaceutical product liability litigation. Mr. Klein was also the founding member of Klein Consulting, a full service firm providing legal and political consulting services in the Philadelphia area.
Mr. Klein has extensive experience handling individual product liability matters for clients such as Merck & Co., GlaxoSmithKline and Eli Lilly. In addition, in 2009, Mr. Klein was a member of a nation-wide trial team defending Sgt. Jose Nazario on charges of manslaughter.
Mr. Klein has extensive experience taking discovery depositions of fact and medical witnesses, preparing corporate and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony and focusing on the management of complex electronic discovery issues.

Education
Mr. Klein is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (B.A., 2001) and Temple Law School (J.D., 2004), where he was an editorial board member of the Political & Civil Rights Law Review.
