Attorney Suero graduated from UNIBE (Universidad Ibero Americana) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1992 where he obtained his LL.D Degree (Doctor of Law Degree in Civil Law). He also obtained his LL.M. Degree in International and Business Law (2002) and the J.D. Degree (2008), from one of the top 100 ABA accreditated US Law Schools, Steston College of Law (Gulfport, FL).
