Mr. Arrastia’s primary areas of practice include domestic and international litigation, arbitrations and appeals, with a focus on business disputes of every nature, including breach of contract and commercial torts, bad faith and fiduciary duty claims, and financial regulatory violations. This representation includes claims brought by state and federal governments for civil, criminal, and quasi-criminal violations of anti-money laundering, FDA, and other regulatory schemes. Mr. Arrastia has represented various Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller publicly-traded and privately-held companies and their principals. He is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, acting as the lead attorney in jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and dispositive motions. He is also a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. He was formerly a partner of Adorno & Yoss LLP, a National Law Journal 250 law firm. Mr. Arrastia is fluent in Spanish.
