After 29 years of active practices in the computer/Internet/e-commerce law field, I became a full-time professor in 2003. I currently teach Patent Law, Internet/E-commerce Law, Information Privacy Law and Drafting and Negotiating Technology Agreements. I also take on selected assignments, such as working as an expert witness, preparing appellate briefs, performing legal research for law firms and in-house legal departments, and other consulting services.
This compliance bundle provides 33 hours of CLE credit including the required 5 hours of ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, and mental illness awareness credit, along with the required 3 Technology credits.
