I conducted, on average, a criminal trial per month during my time as a prosecutor. I have tried motor vehicle offenses, OUI/DUI/drunk driving cases, drug offenses, theft and burglary cases, and violent offenses. Each type has its own weaknesses that I will identify and attack through the discovery process, as well as pretrial motions to suppress and evidence. At trial, I will draw from thousands of hours of courtroom experience to craft the types of arguments that judges and juries find persuasive and compelling.
