Fontainebleau v. Bank of America - Vegas Casino in Jeopardy
Fontainebleau Las Vegas LLC. v. Bank of America, et. al. The developers of a multibillion-dollar Las Vegas casino that's in the midst of construction has sued its banks for allegedly walking away from the project and abandoning their loan obligations. The complaint asserts that the banks claimed Fontainebleau was in default even though it wasn't.
