City of Azusa Sued by Azusa Pacific University Student Over Dangerous Roads The City of Azusa, California, is being sued by Azusa Pacific University student Julie Farris for failing to properly design and maintain its roads. Farris was forced to maneuver her bicycle around a parked car and into the path of the Azusa Pacific University trolley. The accident caused severe personal injury, including head trauma. California personal injury law firm Bisnar Chase is representing Farris. The case was filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, Los Angeles C
