Law Firm Says Judge Rules Hexavalent Chromium Lawsuit Can Move Forward A U.S. District Court judge has ruled that a class action lawsuit seeking cancer screening and compensation for Jersey City, New Jersey, residents who may have been exposed to cancer-causing hexavalent chromium may move forward, attorneys involved in the case have announced.
