Police Use of Force - Not Always as it Appears
Although a description or even a video of police use-of-force may instinctively lead us to form beliefs about the matter, the lawyer who prosecutes or defends such cases knows an enormous amount of work must be done before any baton strike or bullet fired can be conclusively declared justified or not.
