Kazan Law Announces 2 Major Punitive Damages Awards in Bankhead Case Two major punitive damages awards have been announced in the Bankhead case. On January 6, 2011, the jury returned an additional verdict of $4,500,000 in punitive damages against ArvinMeritor, Inc. and $9,000,000 against Pneumo Abex LLC, for a total verdict of $17,470,000.
