California Court Vacates Arbitration Award Where Aribtrator Exceeded His Powers
Although an arbitrator's errors in facts or law are not reviewable, the court may vacate an arbitration award where the arbitrator exceeded his powers pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1286.2.
